Cookie Policy

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party trackers. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

What is stored in your browser

One value: the colour theme you chose, light or dark. It is kept in your browser’s local storage under the name casinoay-theme so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit.

Local storage is not a cookie. It is never attached to a request, never sent to our server and never reaches anyone else. It exists only on the device you are reading this on, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What is not here

• No Google Analytics or any other analytics package.
• No advertising or remarketing pixels.
• No social network widgets, embedded players or comment systems.
• No fingerprinting, session recording or heat mapping.
• No accounts, registration or newsletter, so nothing to track you across.

This is verifiable rather than a claim: open your browser’s developer tools on any page here and look at the network and storage tabs.

Links to other sites

Pages here link out to regulators, support organisations and, in places, to operators. Once you follow such a link you are on somebody else’s site, under their rules, and they may set whatever cookies they choose. We have no control over that and no visibility into it.

If this changes

The site expects to carry affiliate links in future, and affiliate programmes normally involve tracking. If that happens, it will be described on this page and in the affiliate disclosure before such links go live, not afterwards.

Server logs

Cookies are one thing; server logs are another. Like any web server, ours records the address of each request, the time, the page requested and the browser string. What that means and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy policy.
